You’ve made mistakes.

Every day you hear people say

You’re still the same, you’ll never change.

And as the days go by, that same old past continues haunt,

Reminding you of all you’ve done wrong.

As you sit alone, planning to give up.

You remember what happened in your life not long ago.

Keep pressing on,

Keep running toward the throne.

Forget those things that are behind you,

Press On was written to a friend who was going through a rough patch in their life.  It was my way to tell him and every one who read it or hears it... to keep pressing on even when everything seems to be going wrong and people are expecting you to fail.
