I’m sitting here, looking around.

I see a casket where her body lays.

I see friends and family, and many tear filled eyes

But why can’t I find it in my heart to be sad?

I guess it’s because I know exactly where she’s at.

There’s no reason to be sad.

Yes I’m goin’ to miss her,

But I know her Father must have missed her more.

For He called her home to be with Him,

In His arms, forevermore.

Now I can only imagine the smile on her face.

When she woke up by her Father’s side,

And I only imagine how beautiful she looks

Asking Him to watch over us and keep us safe

She's With Jesus Now was written during the funeral of my sister. I really don't know how to explain the song or even the feeling behind. I believe that words tell it all.
